Bonjour from Turks and Caicos! (Part two)

Bonjour from Turks and Caicos! Yes, the official language here is English but when I travel I feel a like I want to throw in little  francais. It is journee deux, the sun was shinning, the sand is soft and the water just right. Joee and I started our day with a healthy breakfast, we had an exciting day ahead of us as it was Michelle and Jonathan’s tea ceremony and appreciation dinner later in the day. While scouting we ran into some of Michelle and Jonathan’s close family and friends who travelled from different parts of the world to share their special day. It was touching to find out that over 90% of their invitees took time out of their busy lives share their special day. This information was no surprise to me as Michelle and Jonathan are a wonderful couple who value the people and relationships in their lives. Together, they are funny, super considerate and just want to have fun. Here are some photos from today.

I got to meet some of the locals here. I am told that geckos here in Turks and Caicos are the equivalent to the  squirrels back at home.

While scouting, Joee and I ventured out of the resort and found a local restaurant where we had an awesome lunch.

Michelle looking stunning in her tea ceremony dress.

Michelle’s mom raising the roof! Woot Woot!!

The big day is tomorrow and I can’t wait!!!
Bonne Nuit!!
