Not too long ago, I had the pleasure of documenting Enrica and Art’s wedding. With a year of careful planning and super organized prep, the day went off without a hitch.
I remember when I first met both of them a little over a year before their wedding date we chatted about each other and their wedding. I learned that they were both teachers and although quiet most of the time, they complimented each other quite a bit.
Enrica tells me that Art always manages to make her smile, even with his nerdy math humour. I am told that he is also quite the cook as he once surprised Enrica after a long day at work with dinner. This was not just any chicken fingers and fries or the instant noodles I try to surprise Lucy with. Art went above and beyond and created his own version of Terroni’s unique Garganelli Geppetto Pasta which they just enjoyed a few months ago. Isn’t that super sweet?
Art tells me that he really appreciates having Enrica in his life. How she is able to laugh at his jokes, even the cheesy ones. Her unwavering patience (of course, she is an elementary school teacher) and her constant guidance.
These two have been through a lot together and I am so happy to be a part of their new life together. Here are some images from the day.
