I first met Lesley and Howard at Paintlounge. Over drinks they told me about their life and their sweet relationship as well as their wedding day. It was quite crazy, Lesley still had school exams to finish and they had an asia trip scheduled only a couple of weeks after. Needless to say, we hit it off well and they commissioned me to document their wedding; and what a wedding it was!

I knew that Lesley and her bridesmaids had challenges for the boys but when they told me that they also had challenges for their guests during the reception, nothing prepared me for the beer race and scavenger hunt, which was super fun to document and experience. The highlight for me was when I caught a glimpse of “the look”. I have talked about this in the past and it’s simply just a look that couples in love give each other. I can only describe it as a look that speaks volumes of mutual understanding, reassurance and love. It is a look that Howard and Lesley exchanged as Howard sang to Lesley during the reception. It was quick and sweet.
